What warranties do you offer?

Warranty information may vary, depending on your particular product. You can check details on the individual products pages of this website, or by referring to the warranty card that was delivered with your product if you have already made your purchase.

How can I find the Owner's Manual?

An Owner's Manual will have been delivered in the box with your CV product. If you are not able to locate your Owner's Manual, you can also access it here.

How do I build my product?

Instructions on how to build your home CV product are in the Owner's Manual which will have been included within the product box. If you are not able to locate your Owner's Manual, you can also access it here.

If you have any problems or questions when building your product, please contact our team who will be able to help.

Can you install my product for me?

We offer an installation service for all of our Spirit, SOLE and Xterra home cardio products for £150 per product.

There is a problem with my product – who do I contact?

  • For home and light commercial equipment, please check with your user manual, which can also be found here, and our FAQs section here. If you cannot find information relating to your issue then please complete a Defect Report from here.
  • For commercial equipment, product issues can be reported directly to our Service Support team by completing a Defect Report form here.
