30 Day Return Policy

Dyaco UK Ltd’s 30 Day Return option is only applicable to purchases made through our website.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it (in its original packaging, freight prepaid by you) to us for a refund or credit. If your notification to return is received in writing after 7 days of receipt of goods, your refund or credit will be less any actual, delivery and/or assembly charges incurred by us, in getting the product delivered to you. Within 7 days you are only liable for return freight. Please note that any free of charge items received when purchasing the returned product(s) must also be returned or paid for in full. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from Dyaco UK Ltd.

In order to return your goods, you must obtain a Returns number from us within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be made using the original packaging and must arrive to us in good condition with freight pre-paid by you. The returned merchandise must be received back to Dyaco UK Ltd within 10 days of receiving the Returns number. You must prepay all shipping charges and insure the shipment, or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment, which you will be liable for. To obtain a Returns numbers, please contact Dyaco UK Ltd sales department on 0800 029 3865. We will credit your purchase immediately upon receipt of the returned item with the Return number.

Please note that returned goods bought from our website will be inspected when returned - goods not in "as new" condition may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Customers should retain the original packaging material for at least 30 days; in the event of the item being returned to Dyaco UK Ltd. Please note Dyaco UK Ltd will not accept goods returned in non-original packaging. Please note any customer refusing to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit will be subject to paying the return carriage cost incurred by Dyaco UK Ltd.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from this catalogue for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specification.

To cancel your order you must write to us at our Milton Keynes Head Office or send an email to either before your order is despatched or within 14 days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number.

You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage and the goods arrive in an as new, saleable condition by a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery.
